Born in 1967 in a small town of Dalton Ohio to a Mennonite family with Amish grandparents aunts and uncles, Ray Dalton left the farm at age 18 and moved to the “big” city of Akron and then  Cleveland Ohio eventually making his way West to Los Angeles at age 21. Working for years in food service and photography, getting caught up in the chase, the party, the self discovery. This included excessive alcohol and drugs. Ray got sober in 1995.

After years in recovery he finally jumped into the porn industry at age 40. It was the year 2008 when His income took a nosedive along with the economy when necessity had him look for other sources of income. 

“What have I always wanted to do and never done“? The answer was clear: porn. 

He found himself having a blast and meeting some really amazing guys. His success is largely due to his reliability and intensely shameless sexuality coupled with a drug-free lifestyle.  Whenever he met someone on set that he clicked with he would get their phone number developing a community of his choosing.

Ray Dalton‘s motto is never do anything you don’t enjoy. “I don’t act. I believe that people who act in porn are the ones who burn out much faster. Figure out how to connect with your scene partner(s) and have a fucking blast: that’s the shit that sells!!” That’s what the viewer connects with: authenticity. 

In 2018 Ray also launched his own drug-free sex-positive dance parties for men in response to countless guys asking him to create a place where they could go to meet other drug-free guys. He called it fornicationparty.com.

In 2021, 2022 & 2023 Ray produced 3-day Men’s Wellness Retreats at various campgrounds where he does demonstrations on sexual engagement & weelness. The weekends include panel discussion on topics ranging from Cruising & Consent, Living Shamelessly and Men’s Mental Heath and Aging with guest speakers that included a sex therapist, an MFT and numerous porn stars.

Launching Shameless Matters in 2023 was the next obvious progression in realizing his purpose.

Ray is currently creating MAIN (Male Adult Industry Network) launching in 2024. Fornication will then become a “fundraiser” for MAIN. The purpose of MAIN is to reduce suicide alcohol & drug abuse in the Adult Industries through mentorships and workshops/trainings.
